Discovered on a desolate sidewalk, this innocent dog was a victim of unimaginable violence. Her snout, mutilated by a sharp instrument, hung limply from her face. Starving and terrified, she was on the brink of death.
Fate intervened in the form of the Save Elephant Foundation, an organization renowned for its tireless efforts to protect and rehabilitate elephants. Their compassion extended beyond the pachyderms, however, and when they encountered Namtan, they were compelled to act. Today, Namtan resides at The Elephant Park Sanctuary, a place of healing and refuge. She is surrounded by love and compassion, nurtured by the same spirit that inspired her rescue.
